MERIBEL IS TOTALLY WHITE. Today we seem to have reversed all the way backwards into January. It snowed around 15cm overnight on the mountain and the temperature on the summits won’t rise above minus 10C. Méribel is totally white, the gardens and roofs are snow covered once again and cars are skidding all over the roads. Those poor spring bulbs were a bit premature this year.

 Between 30 and 50cm of snow are predicted to fall today, with more snow to low altitude expected on Friday and Saturday. Winter’s back! The season will be long.

 THE HOLISKI  CARD gives access to the following 8 ski areas which are accessible from 13 different resorts:

The cost of the card is €32 and it is valid from the opening day of the first ski area in the network until September 30 of the following year. So not only will those who like to ski in different areas benefit from the freedom it allows, but walkers and mountain bikers can continue to use it throughout the summer season.
